Since 2006, Dan Del Monte and his wife Nancy have put heart and soul into establishing their company, D&N Kitchens & Baths, as a trusted local source for renovations—with an emphasis on kitchens and baths. Today, their hard work has come to fruition, with the company enjoying a strong and growing reputation for their thoughtful approach to remodeling design, as well as for Dan’s calm and steady approach and commitment to exceeding expectations on projects of any size or scope.

How We Got Started
Exceptionally handy himself but short of time due to long hours at his job in retail management, Dan was disappointed with the lack of communication and poor customer service experienced after hiring contractors to do some work on his own home. Growing dissatisfaction with the lack of work-life balance for their young family, compounded by the sudden loss of a beloved family member, inspired he and his wife Nancy to take the leap from working for others to working for themselves. And the rest, as they say, is history!
We're Proud Of Our Reputation
After starting out modestly with a small ad in the local PennySaver, they have really never looked back. Dan’s services have been in demand since the get-go, and word of his exceptional craftsmanship, attentive customer care, and quality, affordable solutions continue spread with each successful project and referral—as good news tends to do.
Today, with a full-time staff of 10 and three vans to get them where they need to be, the company’s 1,500 square foot showroom and office in Montrose has recently been expanded. Dan and Nancy make a point of sharing their successby giving back to their community whenever they can through initiatives like the Cortlandt Movie Night, Cortlandt Town Day, and the Support Connection Support-a-Walk to fight cancer held each fall in FDR Park.
